Joan Didion said it best. Writing about moments in my life—from the high-highs, to the low-lows, has always been my go-to. From navigating friendship and dating, to mental health and loss, I’ve published more than 20 essays for HelloGiggles since 2016.

What does it mean to be Boldly Californian?

From 2012-2022, I worked at the University of California, telling stories for a variety of mediums—both at the UC San Diego Alumni Association and UC Office of the President. From serving as Interim Editor of UC San Diego’s alumni magazine, Triton, to crafting long-form stories for UC’s systemwide news site.
